Triple Crown $1 Million Contest
TAKE A SHOT AT THE REINING TRIPLE CROWN
Any 2006 Son or Daughter of Dun Got Gun that wins the Open Championship of the NRHA Futurity,  NRBC and NRHA Derby will earn $1 Million!

To Collect $1 Million, Foal must win the 2009 NRHA Open Futurity, along with the 2010, 2011 or 2012 NRBC Open Championship and the 2010, 2011 or 2012 NRHA Derby Open Championship.   

1. Competing 2009 Foals of Dun Gotta Gun will be entered according to NRHA Futurity, Derby and NRBC entry rules.  There will be NO special pre-registration, sign-up, or elimination of ANY individual horse or group of horses to skew the field for potential success in this contest(s).
2. There will be one winning foal only – the first foal that accomplishes the win of the NRHA Open Futurity, the NRBC Open Championship and the NRHA Derby Open Championship. In the case of a tie on any or all of the three legs of the Triple Crown, each championship will be run-off in accordance with NRHA rules. If the run-off results in a tie, with the tying entries being declared Co-champions by the NRHA rules, and one or both of the Co-champions are qualified foals of Dun Gotta Gun, the Co-championship would count as a win towards one-leg of the “triple crown”.
3. Only the (seven) 7 allowed attempt(s) per Eligible foal(s), and from the NRHA and NRBC established shows  are allowed. All exhibitors must conform to NRHA rules.  
4. METHODOLOGY: The following series of 3-competititions is considered the “Triple Crown”. 1.) The NRHA Futurity 2009. 2.) NRHA Derby in 2010, 2011 or 2012 AND 3.) the National Reining Breeders Classic in 2010, 2011 or 2012.  Contest will adhere to each show’s individual rules published  PRIOR to each event.  
5. The field at each show MUST consist of a minimum of 100 horses.
6. This promotion is insured by Golf Marketing, Inc. and Golf Marketing, Inc. is solely and  wholly responsible for payment and administration of this program.    
7. All competing foals are subject to rules and equipment requirements of the NRHA.
8. NO Current or Former employees, immediate member of any family, agents, successors, assignee’s of the sponsor/client/witness(as) are eligible, as well as any promotional company, advertising agency, organization or company involved with the client/contest/and or event are eligible for award UNLESS agreed to in writing by Golf Marketing. Golf Marketing determination is Final.
9. Names and likenesses of promotion winner(so) may be used by Golf Marketing and or its designee(so) for promotional purposes without further compensation to the client or the promotion winner(so).
10. The prize of 1 million dollars ($1,000) to the Triple Crown winning offspring of Dun Got Gun will be paid in an 20 year installment plan determined by Golf Marketing.
